Completed and Signed Interconnection or Net Metering Agreement – This document will be prepared by REC with the data provided herein by the Applicant, signed by both parties. Electrical Permit – The Applicant will have to provide REC with an electrical permit as proof the installation will be or has been inspected by a government electrical inspector. One-Line Electrical Diagram – The one-line diagram outlines how the generation components will interconnect with REC's distribution system. Diagram shall show means of utility disconnect. The disconnect shall be accessible by utility personnel and clearly labeled marking the utility source and alternative renewable source. There shall be a label indicating that the line and load terminals could be energized in the open position. Supporting Documents – Photovoltaic Panel, Inverter, Battery spec sheets as applicable. Onsite Inspections – REC personnel will inspect, test and approve the installation before full operation is permitted. System must be operational prior to REC inspection.
